Greek and Corfiot home cooking from the char-grill — souvlaki, grilled meats and our famous Sunday lamb — with mezedes, salads, pizza and pasta. By the pool, from morning coffee to a relaxed dinner. You don't have to be staying with us to eat here.
Our signature dish · Sundays
Every Sunday since Tria Adelphia first opened in 1993, we light the spit. Pappou Gianni started the tradition; today Philip keeps the fire going. Lamb roasted slowly over the coals, served with roast potatoes, garden vegetables and our own mint sauce. It's the dish the family is known for — and Sundays fill up, so reserve your table ahead.
Pre-reservation required.
Everyone is welcome at the table — guests of the hotel and anyone holidaying around Arillas. Walk in for lunch by the pool, or come back in the evening when the bar lights up over the water. On busy summer nights a quick WhatsApp ahead saves you a wait.
Day and night by the pool
The restaurant sits right on the pool terrace, under the palm trees, a short walk from Arillas beach. In the daytime it's bright and easy — coffee, a swim, lunch in the shade. As the light goes the pool turns deep blue under the lamps and the stone bar fills up; it's one of the nicest spots in the village for a slow evening.
It's a family place, run the way the family eats: generous plates, Greek classics, and a few Corfiot dishes alongside the grills, pizza and pasta the children ask for. Tell us about vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free when you sit down and the kitchen will sort it.
Kitchen 09:00–15:00 and again in the evening. The pool bar stays open later — message us on WhatsApp until 23:00.
